We bill monthly in arrears. The invoice is based on the highest number of active metering points reached during the month. A metering point is active when it has a live data connection in Gridea. Business prices are ex VAT (24%); individual prices include VAT.

Because the smaller customer benefits from them most per supply point. Plans differ by scale (supply points, seats) and service — not by what you can see. Even with a single supply point you get the full analytics toolkit.
Turning the service on is free — there is no monthly fee. You pay only when Gridea actually changes a tariff, and we only change it when it saves you money. Each executed change is priced by your active metering-point count: up to 30 points €2, 31–100 €1.50, 101–250 €1, and from 251 €0.75 per change. Automatic switching requires a valid authorisation to change tariffs with the grid operator.
The price is shown per month and billed monthly. You always start with a free trial, no credit card. Act with confidence — the portal always notifies and asks you before your current charge changes.
Gridea uses the Elering AS data warehouse (Estfeed). You give a one-time consent and the platform pulls your supply points’ history automatically — at 15-minute resolution. Nothing to enter or install by hand.
A supply point is one electricity meter / grid connection — each has its own EIC code. If you manage several buildings or sites you likely have several supply points. We price exactly by their count.
No. Gridea is web-based — you log in and it is all there. Setup takes a few minutes and needs no technical knowledge. The platform is built for a business manager, not an engineer.
Data travels over encrypted channels and is stored in the EU. Access is strictly within your organisation and you can grant rights by group. We never share or sell your consumption data.
