We bill monthly in arrears. The invoice is based on the highest number of active metering points reached during the month. A metering point is active when it has a live data connection in Gridea. Business prices are ex VAT (24%); individual prices include VAT.

Each month Gridea checks whether a cheaper network tariff has appeared and either switches you itself or offers one-click approval. The add-on is €2 per supply point per month. Switching requires a valid authorisation (Power of Attorney).

Data travels over encrypted channels and is stored in the EU. Access is strictly within your organisation and you can grant rights by group. We never share or sell your consumption data.
